As we navigate into a 'new normal', we would like to share our revised Operations procedures, to help keep both our guests and employees safe.
On arrival, you will be asked to sanitise your hands. Sanitiser will be available when you enter the hotel.
Social Distancing signage will be visible throughout. We ask guests to stay 2 metres/6 feet apart at all times.
Protective screens have been installed and hotel teams have adequate PPE to protect them.
We have created a guest waiting zone for checking in. We will cut your key then step back to allow you to step forward to collect it
If you are parking on-site, please use the provided sanitiser wipes before and after entering your details at the monitor.
We will ask for payment via debit/credit card in full at the time of check in we will no longer be providing the option for room charges or payment on departure.
To avoid queues we will no longer be providing payment on departure as an option.
We will also no longer provide a physical paper copy of your invoice. Just drop your room key into the container at Reception and we will email your invoice to you - simple!
If you would like to arrange a reservation for a future date we will be delighted to assist via email or on the phone.
Cleanliness is already a top priority for us. We have put additional sanitation measures in place:
Tea and Coffee making facilities will not be refreshed daily during your stay, full service with linen and towel changes will take place after every 5 nights. If you need any additional items please contact Reception.
In order for the room to be cleaned, the guest/s must have vacated the room
Housekeeping teams will have adequate PPE
We will be removing all unnecessary items from the bedrooms. If you require any additional items during your stay please contact Reception.
Door handles/surfaces/card machines and all major touch points will be wiped down regularly.
Seating areas are limited in support of social distancing
Public toilet facilities can only be used by one person at a time. Please wait outside until the previous person has left.
We will be unable to accept cash payments at this time. Payment must be made by a credit/debit card
Food & Drink
We will not be offering food or beverage options at this point in time but please check back with us before your stay as this is subject to change and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
